The more physical memory your VPS has, the more programs you will be able to run all at once. Some applications require lots of RAM even when nothing else is running on the web server, even though they may not demand high Processor speeds or plenty of disk space. If your hosting server runs out of memory, it will stop responding and the websites and the offline applications that you host on it won't work properly, as their software components will not load since there will not be any free memory. In this light, we offer a RAM upgrade for our VPS plans, therefore if you discover that your hosting server is close to the limit, you may take advantage of this upgrade without upgrading the whole plan and paying for resources that you won't use. This way, you could ensure the proper performance of your scripts and stop worrying that your site visitors shall see errors or will not be able to open your websites at all.

Additional RAM in VPS

Additional physical memory may be added to any of the VPS that we offer, including the top-end ones, so your websites will work correctly constantly. The upgrade can be obtained both on the order page and within the billing area, so you may add it whenever you require it: before your hosting server is ready - provided you know your Internet sites will require additional memory, or after the server is up and running - if you notice that the standard memory is not enough for all the Internet sites to operate properly. In the second case, the amount of RAM which you order will be added to the present configuration with no activity required on your end and without any VPS shutdown or restart, so there won't be any downtime for your websites. The upgrade is available in increments of 128 MB and you will be able to add as much memory as you require, simply because the physical servers have sufficient system resources to allow the virtual servers to be upgraded considerably.
